Outdated Teaching Methods: Many teacher institutes and colleges still employ outdated teaching methodologies.
Lack of Resources: Insufficient access to sound laboratories and teaching aids hinders effective learning.
Shortage of Qualified Educators: The scarcity of adequately trained English language instructors contributes to the problem.
Results-Driven Education: The pursuit of success often takes precedence over genuine comprehension and learning.
Underutilization of Technology: Modern teaching tools, such as smart boards and data projectors, are underused in schools.
Lack of Professional Development: Inadequate opportunities for teacher training further impede progress.
A Path Forward: Overcoming Challenges
To enhance English language learning outcomes, a multifaceted approach is essential:
